Housing Landscape

The neighboring developments surrounding Chabad's Campus for Living Judaism have housing options for everyone. Boynton Beach has experienced massive infrastructure growth and development in recent years. The Chabad campus is centrally situated on El Clair Ranch Road between Boynton Beach Blvd.and Woolbright Road, El Clair Ranch Road is eqi-distant and runs parellel to Military Trail and Jog road. Within walking distance to the Shul are numerous residential developments appealing to a wide range of tastes, preferences and budgets from country club-living to active adult communities, estate homes for large families to condo seekers seeking great value and the quality of life in this Kehillah.

Wyndsong Estates

Wyndsong Estates & Wyndsong Isle Estates

In 2003, in a special partnership with Chabad, 55 single family estate homes were built directly adjacent to the, then newly built, Synagogue; Wyndsong Estates was created. Due to its success, shortly thereafter Wyndsong Isle Estates consisting of an additional 44 homes was built about .5 miles north of the Shul. These family oriented communities offer 4, 5 and 6 bedroom homes. Prices range from $300-$600,000.

Majestic Isles

This gated community of 3 bedroom 2 bath homes was built in the late 1990's. Majestic Isles features a fully renovated clubhouse with tennis courts, swimming area, fitness centers, card and billiard rooms. Majestic's extremely active social scene is renowned. With an entrance on El Clair Ranch Road, the community is well positioned close to the Shul. Homes in Majestic Isles range from $250-$400,000.

Indian Spring is a wonderful golf and country club community located on the south side of Woolbright road, between El Clair Ranch road and Jog road. Indian Springs was built in the mid 90's and consists of 3 and 4 bedroom homes and 1-3 bedroom condominiums. Multiple gates offer multiple housing options ranging in price from the upper $100's to $750,000. Membership in the country club is not mandatory. This large development has 2 golf-courses.
Royal Lakes

Royal Lakes

Royal Lakes is a gated community of 3 bedroom homes built in the late 1990's. Although Royal Lakes is an age restricted community, up to 20% of homeowners are allowed to be under the age of 55 at any given time. It is located across the street from Chabad. Homes range from the upper $200's to upper $300's.

Indian Wells is located on Jog road between Woolbright Road and Boynton Beach Blvd and is comprised of 3 and 4 bedroom single family homes that where built in the late 1980's. There is a mix of ranch style as well as two story homes. Homes here are currently selling in the $200's and $300's range. HOA fees are only $50/month.
Sun Valley

Sun Valley offers 3 and 4 bedroom homes that range in price from $200's- upper $300's. Built in the late 1980's, Sun Valley homes range in size from 1,700 SF to 2,500 SF. Sun Valley HOA fees are very low at only $600 per year, as homeowners are responsible for most maintenance such as landscaping.
